Director of Clinical Services Kristin Garner, MPT (615) 661-5437 ext. 207
Kristin Garner, MPT received her BS and MPT from Ohio University and has been with High Hopes as the Clinical Director since 2006. She previously worked at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Acute Care, NICU, PCCU and Out-Patient. Kristin also has work experience within the school system, Early Intervention and home health. Her expertise is in NICU, Torticollis and Early Intervention. Kristin is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Williamson County in 2001. She is married to Todd Garner and is blessed with three beautiful children: Carson, Dylann, and Emerson. |

Executive Director Gail Powell, M.Ed. (615) 661-5437 ext. 210 Gail joined High Hopes in 2007 as Executive Director. Education and children have been Mrs. Powell’s life as she has been an educator for more than thirty years. She has been an elementary school teacher and an elementary school principal both in public and private schools. Powell was the Head of the Lower School for Battle Ground Academy for nine years. Originally from Texas, Gail has lived in Franklin for thirteen years. She is a graduate of Franklin Citizen’s Police Academy and Leadership Franklin. She is currently on the board of Youth Leadership Franklin and United Way of Williamson County and is a committee member for the Franklin Tomorrow Education Strategy Group.

Executive Assistant Sallie Vanhoose (615) 661-5437 ext. 211 Sallie has been with High Hopes since Fall of 2006. After working on the education staff for 2 years, she joined administration, assisting with a variety of areas including accounting, marketing, graphic design, and efficiency management. Sallie is also a High Hopes parent with one daughter attending High Hopes Inclusive Preschool.

Lori has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University. In 2000, she was awarded the Center for Nonprofit Management Certificate in Fund Development, and in 2003, the Center for Nonprofit Management Institute for Individual Giving Certificate. In 2005, Lori earned recognition as a Certified Fund Raising Executive. She is a member of the Nashville Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP). |
Development Assistant Bonnie Richardson (615) 661-5437 ext. 229 Bonnie has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Middle Tennessee State University. She has experience as an independent business owner and served in numerous positions in a local independent school including admissions, communications, and parent liaison. Bonnie has lived in Franklin for over 25 years with her husband, Kim. They have two daughters who also live in the area.
